Sir Isaac Newton -- such a controversial figure, so great and exalted a mind in some ways, but naughty and petty in others -- but I do not think the few flaws can at all dim his star -- what a mind, what a mind! The Principia...what a work, incredible, never to be matched!
Sounds human then Holly...hehe...He was born in Woolsthorpe Manor in Woolsthorpe-by-Colsterworth, Lincolnshire, which is a little village outside Grantham where my mum was born. There is a statue of him in the town centre. I have passed Woolsthorpe Manor and hope to visit it one day....Mind you I blame him for my middle-aged 'sagging', if it wasn't for gravity that wouldn't happen...lol...Hugs Chrissy x
